Savta means "grandmother" in Hebrew, a tribute to the warmth, simplicity, and flavor of the past. The recipe comes from my mother: a traditional blend of eggplant, red bell pepper, and fresh garlic, enriched with a secret combination of spices. She called it "Indian-flavored eggplant."

Savta is pure in flavor and made with care, without artificial additives or preservatives. Besides the original version, just the way my mother used to make it, we've added a few new flavors, because tastes differ.
